Summonses have been issue against four prominent residents of Toronto who were formerly provisional directors of the bank. It is alleged that they were in conspiracy to obtain j£2ooo. Dr. Nesbitt, a prominent politician, has also been summoned. Ho is charged with signing false returns of the bank's position.
