Afterwards they laid the foundation stone, of a new Town Hall and Opened the Young Wo--1 mon's Christian Association, building and J tho Ait Gallery. . In the afternoon the Eoyal visitors attended a garden party, and in the evening. a Mayoral reception. . INDIAN LOYALTY.
