" . .It has now been , definitely decided to take the polls for the raising- of a tramway loan of £85,000 on, November % instead of on November 9 as was originally intended. There wfll.be one 'poll'"'for Hiitt sub-district, which will'be taken at the Hutt, Tpwii Hall and at the Hutt County office, Wellington, and on© for the Petone sub-district, which will be held at St. Augustine's Hall and at the Hutt County office, Wellington. Statutory meetings in connection with the proposal will be held as follow:—Petone: St. Augustine's Hall, to-night.. Lower Hutt: Town Hall, to-morrow night.- ■ •-.'•'■.• A meeting of the Hutt Park Committee, which was to have taken place last evening, lapsed for want of a quorum; . ■ ■' ,
