The "Sydnoy Morning, Herald," in accounting for the Labour party's victory at tho polls, says tho steadily increasing Labour vote was enormously accentuated from outside, particularly from tho Liquor interest. Liquor, saj's the paper, appears to have voted solidly for Labour, as Labour appears to have voted solidly for Liquor. REDUCTION IN FIFTEEN DISTRICTS. CABINET TO RESIGN SHORTLY. (Rec. Octobor 19, 0.45 a.m.) Sydney, October 18. On the latest figures fifteen electorates have carried Teduction. In sis of these only, viz., Burwood, Gordon, Granville", Lano Core, Petersham, and Wavcrley, aro tho returns complete.
