DUMA PRESIDENT TO BE IMPRISONED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. St. Petersburg, July 1. The session of the Duma has closed. The President, At. Gutchkoff, has resigned his position, and will undergo a month's imprisonment in a fortress. Meanwhile he will attend a pan-Slav Congress at Sofia, Bulgaria. [Tho District Court at St. Petersburg recently sentenced M. Gutchkoff to a month's detention in a fortress for duelling with Count TJwaroff, who was placed under three weeks' arrest.]
