LEAKAGE FROM THE DUMA ALLEGED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. » St. Petersburg, June 29. Baron Ungern Sternburg, St. Petersburg correspondent of the semi-official Austro-Hungarian. News Agency, who was arrested a few days ago by the Russian police, is accused of communicating to Austria the report of a secret sitting of the Duma relating to a redistribution of the Army.
His notebook contained, it is alleged, entries of small sums received from various members of the Austro-Hun-garia'n Embassy, where he was employed as a translator.
