The Rev. Father Saunderson, who is exceedingly popular in Maslerton, and who is leaving for his new charge at Waipawa this week, was presented by his parishioners last evening (says our Maslerton correspondent) with a purse of sovereigns in recognition of his ECUS',icrilicins devotion to the cause of the parish. Very kindly and complimentary reference was made, by several speakers to the work done by Father Saunderson, and best wishes with reference to h>> ministrations in Waipnwa wero conveyed.
