OTAKI NOTES.
A hard and fast name of hockey took place here on Wednesday when Ihe town and country teams met. The contest was evenly balanced, the town players scoring a win by the narrow margin of two goals to one. The game was somewhat: marred by players indulging in bickering, talk being very general, lireaelies of the rules were also fairly fp'tjuenl.
