tSsseiall; writton tor Tm Dommos.l WEDNESDAY. Pot Pot. Potatoes. Cauliflower. Boiled applo pudding. HOT POT. •[Slices of cold mutton, cut about oneeighth of an inch thick. Slices of cold boiled potato about a quarter of an inch thick; good gravy, popper and salt. Take a piedish, put-in a layer of meat, season with popper and salt, and, it liked, a very hltlo hnely-choppcd eschalot. Now lay in a layer of tomatoes, now a layer of potatoes, now meat,'etc., and so on, .until tho dish is full;. then:. fill up. with good gravy. Mako'the last layer potatoes, and put little pieces of clarified fat all over the top. Put into tho orcn and bake a brown. FOR TO-MORROW. .
