Westport, March 21. The Supreme Court, presided over by Mr: Justice Chapman, concluded its Westport sitting to-night. Abra-1 ham Price, charged with crimi~>l ---•; saitlV was found not guilty. No bill was brought in in a charge of alloged fraud against — Brosnahan. Judgment was reserved in a case Wesley v. Sibree and others (trustees of the Millerton Colliery Medical and Accident Relief Association), a motion of mandamus to have sorno statements of claim submitted to arbitration.
