The Board of Trade is endeavouring to find; a basis of settlement. CONCILIATION BOARD: A DEADLOCK. (Reo. March 21, 1.5 a.m.) London, March 20. The South Wales Coal Conciliation Board has terminated its negotiations, the concessions on both sides being rejected.' A deadlock has arisen.
