SUMMARY OF NEW REGULATIONS. PRESENT UNIFORMS TO BE WORN. BOY SCOUTS RETAINED. Tho new regulations with respect to tho Government organisation, training equipment, and discipline of the newjunior cadots and the liability of teachers to aot as officers were issued yestorday. . Where there are less than fifteen boys of the required ago at any school, a patrol of Scouts shall ba formed in lieu of a squad of cadets. , _Instructors will be provided, as is considered necessary. Uniforms shall bo worn by all officers on all occasions when the cadets are in uniform. Badges of rank in metal may be .worn. The present patterti sworil and brown sling belt shall continue to bo worn. Boy Scouts who are also members of- the cadet unit shall wear cadet uniform when parading, but will be entitled to wear their badges.
