CITY REFUSE.
--^Sir,— Wβ are sorry that we have, to complain about our lovely new'' destnioto'r.'i .But qn Saturday there was a corporation 'pienio held, and all of-us-fishmongers had plenty of fish coming-in, arid we did not know, what we should do with the offal. .-.I would kindly ask the City Council if they could make it convenient to put one man on duty, say, from 8 .to.B a,m. on holiday ;time, so we' could get na of our offal, \ a. hot day on Sat: urday.amT Sunday, and such' offal was detrimental to-.health, having to be kept for three days on the premises. But,: fortunately torrme.: a .fisherman called at ray shop, and he kindly obliged me by taking all my refuse that day, in> his- steam- launch- and depositing the same at sea. I hope, sir, that-the : City' Council, will make provision, should such 'an occasion arise again.—l am, etc., :- '
