AUSTRALIAN MINISTRY'S ATTITUDE. lOT IILIQBIPH-rttESS AKSOCUTIOH-COPtttlom.l I (Reo. May 4, 0.40 a.m.) Melbourne, May 8. The Postmaster-General, Mr. J. Thomas, says he cannot understand a recent statement by tho New Zealand Minister for Marine (Mr. Miliar) that there is no chance of Australia joining tho All Red schemo under tho conditions outlined by Canada, since tho Federal Government has made special arrangements under which six vessels are to be built. Mr. Thomas points out that tho only six vessels with which tho Federal Government is concerned are the new boats for the Orient Company's service, and they have no relation whatever to the All Red scheme
