MISSIONS TO SEAMEN.
-The - weekly'ambulance meetings,;which hava proved so . popular at the Missions_ toSeamen, were continued on Friday night in the Institute. There was a large attendance of _ seaman and friends. Mr. James Moore, tho missioner, spoke, in reference to first-aid a(i,iirs, dealing ohiefly with the .methods-of bandaging fraotured limbs should no proper splints bo procurable. A. competition relating to ambulanco work was held, and won'by sailors from ships in port., A bright musical programme was provided, by Mr. C. Proctor/tho following contributing items - .—Misses/ Lissaek,.. Hurley ; (2), Messrs. C.'.Proctor,,;F.-'Proctor, 1 arid Mill.. Mr. F.- Proctor - acted - as- accompanist. Tho performers wero-accorded a hearty vote of thanks.
