ANNUAL MEETING. - ' Ho amraal meeting of :.tho Post and' Telegraph Kitles, was held last evening, Captain (J. 13. The financial position,. says the annual report, I may bo regarded as satisfactory, the debt having steadily decreased. The averages registered were: a slight improvement. on previous years. The company's belt - was. won by Colour-Sergeant Gilbert, and the Uallenstein Cap by Private Davidson.
