Mulhano, who had his effects insured for £40 in tho Liverpool and London and Globo office, saved two bicycles and his bedding. Owing to the high'prico of spirits, consequent on the increased duty, tho natives of tho Southern Nigerian Hinterland refuse to buy spirits at all, and the outlook for tho revenue is serious. Messrs.
