FIRE IN SYDNEY.

A fire broke out nt. 4 o'clock this morning in a largo six-story building in George Street North, part of which is occupied as a branch post office and part hy the "Bulletin" newspaper. Tho fire brigades had a hard fight to keep back tho fire from tho "Bulletin" office. They. failed to save the other portion, of tho Structure. Tho "Bulletin" office is , practically undamaged. Tho other half of tho building, which comprised tho branch post office and tho General Post Office stores, is completely destroyed. » The damago will probably amount to £50,000, POSTAL STORES LOST. (Rec. April 22, 0.20 p.m.) Sydney, April 22. The fire destroyed £15,000 worth of postal stores, including £900 worth of stamps and postal notes.
