Four beads of celery, 1 lump of sugar, J pint oif strong stock, J pint of cream, J pint of .milk, 1 quart of boiling water. - Cut tho celery .into small pieces; throw it into the water, iseasoned with the nutmeg, salt, and sugar. - Boil until tender; pass, it through a sieve,-add the stock, and simmer for half an lioiir; Put in i the milk and'cream, bring it-to boiling point, and serve. FOR TO-MORROW. Two pounds steak," 1 ox kidney> lOoz. rough puff; pastry,-Brussels,sprouts, i eggs, J pint of cream, chocolate, icing sugar.
