Tho Turkish Chamber adopted the AustroTurkish protocol, completing the arrangements under which Austria-Hungary annexes Bosnia and Herzegovina on payment of compensation. Tho motion to adopt the protocol was carried by 134 votes to 46. Eighteen members abstained from voting. Tho Albanian representatives strongly , attacked the protocol.
