' [Specially "Written hor The Dominion.] FRIDAY. Oyster Soup. Roast Meat. Potatoes. Scalloped Tomatoes. BAKED APPLE PUDDING. Quarter lb. stalo crusts, ilb. sliced apples, 1 tablespoon sugar,-, lemon-flavouring, 1 pint skimmed milk, 2.tablespoons minced suet or butter, 1 egg. Soak crusts, broken small, in hot milk for about an hour. Beat them up and add other ingredients, the beaten egg last. Place mixture in a greased piedish in a moderate oven.
