ANGLO=FRENCH TRADE.
PROPOSED TREATY. (BT TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPIRIGIIT.) (Rec. March 3, 11.10 p.m.) London, March 3. The Associated Chambers of Commerce resolved that tho proposed French duties will bo prejudicial to British trade, and that Government action is desirable. Tho resolution also favoured tho inception of negotiations for an Anglo-French treaty of commerce, based on equality of treatment of each country's goods.
