"The Times" says that the problem confronting Imperial statesmanship is the leconciliation of tho growing forces of nationalism in the autonomous dominions with tho principle of common aims and common action in crucial questions affecting tho Empire as a whole. "Tho Times" advises Imperial statesmen to acquaint themselves at first hand with tho feelings and ambitions of tho colonies.
