B. Allen, judge of Ronineys, stating ho would bo accompanied by his son, Mr. G'. E. Allen, and if tho entries were, largo, lie suggested his • son would -assist him':' Agreed to. From the Wolsey Sheep Shearing Machine Company, through.Mr. James Knight, offering to givo a five-guinea challenge cup for ' competition in somo sheep class, to be retained by the competitor winning twice in succession or three times at intervals. To bo thanked and asked to make the-donation- for next year's show. The secretary stated that Mr. Dunford (Makino) had boon engaged by him for the judging. Action endorsed. From Messrs. Coopo arid'Duncan,' Messrs. Booth, Macdonald and Co., and tho. International Harvester Company, regretting they could not exhibit machinery, this year. Tho-secretary stated that' Mr. Charles Endorhy had been engagedhs judgo_ of Ayrshires, Jerseys, and dairy cattle. Numerous donations wore reported, and 44 new mombers were elected. ~
