Another.is-a l Spaniard,-who was arrested recently in connection with tho; discovery/'of bombs in Lisbon,; but - w]io was subsequently, released.. .. ■■ ■. , One of the arrested, men is an ,Italian, engaged in the orchestra of the Lyric .Theatre. Another is a and well-dressed man, who is so nervous that .the-- warders are afraid to entrust him with a knife and fork at his meals. A third man among thoso .who'have been arrested is a reporter, who is apparently innocent. / 1
