TELEGRAPH—SPECIAL CORRESPONDENT,) Napier, December 8: At a meeting of tho Patangata County Council the following motion was carried:—"That, in view of tho recent utterances of Mr. Koir Hardio while in India, this Council is strongly of opinion that ho should not receive any recognition by local bodies in his capacity as a member of tho Imperial Parliament, and hopes that no official reception will bo tendered him by any kindred local bodies of Rawko's Bay." It was docided to forward a copy of tho resolution to tho local bodies in the provinco.
