The retiring president, who did not seek re-election, was accorded a heartymile of thanks for Ids good work. The balance-sheet showing a slight credit, was adopted.
The following officers were elected fur tile ensuing season :—President, Mr Jas, C. Parcel I ; patrons. Dr. Austin and Mr G. Stumbles senr. ; vice-president, Messrs A. Bell. J. Roberts ami \V. Jel ley; secretary, Messrs 11. J, Webb ami W. Paterson; general commit Ice, Messrs J. R. Benson. W, Ho top, J. Webb, W. Paterson. A, Ree. and 11. McCulloch; selectors, club captain and team captain ; coach. Mr J. Ryan; groundsman. Mr J. Webb; asst, groundsman, Mr A. Ree; delegates. President and Mr A. Bell.

Viireoe wh ( ) b : , l<! hoen <>lle of their keenest members, Mr Varcoe had been one of tlieir keenest meinbe;g and had rendered invaluable service as coach to younger members.
