Sleeplessness.
It a census were 'taken of persons troubled with sleeplessness or disturbed rest during the night, the figures would show an amazingly high total. Yet how few amongst that numbeij realise that such trouble is frequently caused by an overloaded stomach ami excessive strain on -the digestive organs. Often a hearty meal is eaten at night accompanied by tea, coffee or ether beverage, and with the consequent feeling of drowsiness w hich invariably follows, the impulse to go to bed is readily responded to. It is under such conditions that restlessness and disturbed sleep often occur, whiclh troubles can be easilv overcome if the proper treatment is followed. A dose cf ‘Bisurated’ Magnesia taken the last thing at night will quickly ensure relief from the feeling- of fullness and stomach discomfort, by aiding the, digestive organs to properly carry out their normal function, with the rpsult that quiet and restful sleep will ensue.
