Railway Rifle Club.
The above lield their fourth shoot tor the Dr Harrison Memorial Shield on Thursday, iSth June. The best three shoots to count in the aggregate. Mr B. Perry, of ChristcTmrch, from whom the idea of the Shield eventuated, was present, as well as close friends of the bite Doctor, and witnessed sonic very good shooting. The Shield was won by F. Middletou, with a score of 240. after a shoot off with E. Lynch, the holder. ■ The handicap button was won by Dr Austin, and tho rifle button by J. C. Parcell. The best aggregates out of a possible of 240 were.: —F. Middletou 240. K. Lynch 240, J. Dennison 230. ]L C, Parcell 230. A. Hughes 230. L. Paterson 238, J. Boyes 238. .f. Webb 237, .1. O'Neill 237.
