Tbo annual meeting of the Vincent Sub-union was held at Clyde on Wednesday evening. Delegates present were:—Messrs L. M. Jolly and L. J. Anderson (Cromwell), \V. Noble and E. Marslin (Alexandra), E. Naylor and j. Clouston (Matakanui), JWing and E. Iversen (Clyde).;, A. Cronibic (Bannockburn), and 11. T. Wilkinson (Pembroke). Mr L. j. Anderson occupied the chair. Inward correspondence included a letter from the Wakatipu. Sub-union ra a tournament on June 3rd ; a letter from Moa Creek, entering a B-grade team ; and another from the Ranfurly club Tssuing a challenge for the White Horse Cup. The following notices of motion were tabled:

From Alexandra.—That Rule 7 I>e rescinded and that it be altered to read: ; 'That a selection committee of not more than three shall he appointed by the committee of management from the committee of management." From Alexandra. — That the rule re tournaments be altered to read: ''Clyde, Cromwell Alexandra, and Matakanui." From Matakanui. —"That the previous motion re tournaments be rescinded, and that the Matakanui club be included in rotation with the previous dubs for the future." The balance-sheet, showing a credit balance of ,£22 os (jd and ,£32 3s, was adopted, as also was the report. On the motion of Messrs Marslin and Jol'lv. it was decided to write thanknig- Dr- Brokenshire and Mr R. D. Cox for their generosity in respect to referees travelling expenses. In connection with tournaments, delegates spoke in favor of Matakanui having the fixture in. rotation and a motion was carried accordingly. The tournament for this year was left with Alexandra, the TuapekaVincent match to be played at Omakau. The challengo for the White Horse Cup was accepted, the date oi same to be mutually agreed upon. The election of office-bearers resulted as follows:—President, Mr E. Marslin; vice-president, Mr J. Clouston. . J e The motion re appointment ol a selection committee was defeated, and the following appointments we_re made- —A-grade: Messrs J. Wing, L. lollv, and E. Naylor ; B-grade, Messrs A. Crombie, E. Duggan, and 13. McKcllar. . Messrs Jolly, Anderson, and Wilkinson were appointed a Flag CommitMr D. A. Cahill was re-elected secrctarv at the usual remuneration. Ma'v yth was fixed as the day for commencing the Flag Matches. The following referees were listed: I —Messrs G. Campbell, J. Ryan, J- ] McArthur, R. D. Cox, L. J. Andcr- | son, W. Hotop, R. Thomas, 1-.. Duggan, Wilson, R. Robertson, S. Wraggc. and Tait. Mr E. Naylor was appointed sole selector to pick the combined team. Transfers-'; approved ' were:—M. Thompson from Matakanui to Clyde : C Roonev from Clyde to Alexandra. Resolved.—That the O. R. F. U. be asked if Marlborough could not be induced to come south and meet the Otago Sub-union teams, the matter to be referred to Mr D. C Jolly

(delegate). Other resolutions ' were: Tliat a fixed lew of £3 on all dubs conic into force as from this date; that the O. R. F. U. be written to re insurance of players. The meeting- closed with the usual vote to the chair.
