Asserting that the institution of marriage in America is endangered by the divorce evil, Chief .Justice Hoffw man, of the Domestic Relations Court, Cincinnati, suggested the establishment of " Family Courts " in an address before the American Institute of Criminal Law recently. " There will," he said, " be more than 400,000 divorce cases filed before the courts of this country this year, Something must be done to save our family life, the greatest civilising force that we bave.
