Messrs Dalgety and Co. Ltd., report for weekended Monday, November 10th, as follows : Oats :—The market continues to rule firm with very light offerings from the country, and store stocks are also now in small compass. All grades arc readily disposed of on arrival at quotations. We quote :—Prime milling to Is 6d, good to best feed Is 3 1 to Is 4d, medium to good Is to Is 3d per bushel, (sacks extra). Wheat .—There has not been a great deal offering of late/all lines in milling condition are readily takeu by millers at the maximum rates. Fowl wheat is not plentiful and meets ready sale on arrival at 6s 3d to lis Od per bushel, (sacks extra.) Potatoes :—Heavier supplies of varying quality have been coming forward during the past week and the market is quieter. Choice freshly picked lines are the only description in demand. Medium quality and faulty lines are almost neglected and very slow of sale. We quote :—Best tables, freshly picked £lO to £lO ILK fair to good fiUJto £lO, others from £7 per ton, (sacks in ) Chaff :—Consignments during the past week have not been heavy and all arriviug has met ready sale. In the absence of supplies store stocks have been largely drawn on. We quote : —Best oaten sheaf £7 10s, medium to good £(5 10s to fc'7 ss.
