THE WAKATIPU SEAT.
Referring to Mr Horn’s candidature for the "Wakatipu seat, a correspondent writes :—'‘Because of his long public service and outstanding ability, Mr Horn is assured of widespread and almost universal support all through the Upper Clulha district. Electors realise that hydro-electric power, land settlement, and other mutters on which the progress and advancement of the district depends, will be dealt with during the next session of Pal liumcnt and are desirous of securing the strongest possible representative to advance their interests during that period.”
