THE LOST CHORD
An old man was sitting in the parlour when his daughter entered and began to search in a cabinet for a piece of music.
'What are you looking for ?" queried the old man. " 'The Lost Chord,' " answered the girl. "Well, you won't flndjit," cried her father, "for I used it on Thursday to mend the kitchen window-blind."
