All objections thereto must be lodged at the Courthouse, Cromwell, on or before the first sitting of the Assessment Court, addressed to the Assessment Court; and a copy of every such objection must be left at the Town Clerks othee not less than ten days before the sitting of the said court. In conformity with the provisions of Section 28 of "The Rating Act, 1910," the Ten per cent penalty authorised by the said Section 28 will be added to the amount of all rates remaining unpaid after February 28th.
