ILECTION OF LICENSING i COMMITTEE, WAKATIPU LICENSING DISTRICT. NOTICE OF POLLING DAY. In pursuance of " The Legislature Act, 1908" and ''The Licensing Act, 1908," I, Andrew James Thompson, Returning Office? for the Licensing District of Wakatipu, do hereby give notice that an election will be held for the return of five qualified per-* sons to serve as members of the Licensing Committee for the said district and that the latest day for receiving nominations will be the 2nd day of March, 1912, at noon, and that the poll, if necessary, will be taken at the several polling places of the said District on Tuesday, the 12th day of March. 1912, I etween the hours of 9 a.m and 6 p in. Every person desirous of becoming a candidate must be nominated by not less than two electors of the District, by a nomination paper in the prescribed form delivered to the Returning Officer on or before noon on Saturday, the 2nd day of March, 1912.
