Letters and Letter Cards. Letters within New Zealand, Id for the hrst 4ozs or fraction thereof, and |d for each succeeding 2ozs or fraction thereof. For United States of America, Id for each oz. or fraction thereof, to include Pago Pago and Hawaiian Islands, Porto Rico and Alaska. For United Kingdom, British possessions, and other places enumerated in schedule at Post Office, Id for each oa. or fraction thereof, for places not named, 2jd for each oz., and for each succeeding oz. Newspapers, Within the Dominion l-2d for each newspaper, to Australia South Sea Islands Canada, Id. To United Kingdom, Id by direct steamer, by other routes, Id for first Bozs, and l-2d each additional 2ozs. To other countries, for the first 4ozs, Id, each additional 2ozs, l-2d. The weight of newspapers is restricted to 20ozs for each copy, for each lOozs or fraction thereof an additional l-2d. Postal Notes.
