Letters and Letter Cards. Letters within N w Z 'aland, Id for the first 4ozs or fraction thereof, and id for each succeeding 2ozs or fraction thereof. For United States of America, Id for each oz. or fraction thereof, to include Pago Pago and Hawaiian Islands, Porto Rico and Alaska. Newspapers. Within the Dominion, l-2d for each newspaper' to Australia, South Sea Islands Canada, etc. To United Kingdom, Id hy direct steamer, hy other routes, Id for first Bozs, anil I-2d each additional "2ozs. To other countries, for the first 4ozs, Id, each additional 2o««, l-2d. The weight of newspapers is restricted to 20ozs for each copy, for each JOozs or fraction thereof an additional l-2d.
