Stronaeh, Morris and Co. Ltd., report for week ending Uth July as follows: Fat sheep.—-There were 201(5 yarded of which the majority were prime quality wethers. Prices were fully equal to last week’s rates, all wethers meeting with ready sale. Best wethers, ISs t!d to 2ls, extra to 2Os 3d, good L(!s to 18s (sd. light Us to ios, best ewes Us (id to 17s Oil, extra to 23s od, medium to good 10s to Us. Fat lambs.—There was a small yarding, 1258 being penned. Prices were much the same as at last week’s sale. Quotations.- —Best lambs, Us to I(ss (id, extra to 17s od, medium to good 12s to Us, inferior 8s (id to Us od. Fat cattle. —There was a very small yarding only 117 being forward. Competition was very keen and prices showed an advance of 15s to 20s per head. Kabbitskins.—We held our weekly sale yesterday when we offered a very large catalogue. Owing to the drop in the London market prices showed a serious decline here, winter does showing a drop of about 8d per lb and all other sorts Id U Ud. Sheepskins.—There was a large number of buyers at our sale today and competition was good. Prices were much (lie same as last week. Wheat.—The market has tinned slightly and nearly all lines of milling wheat offering have been taken up at quotations. Chaff.—The bulk of consignments corning to hand are only medium quality and prices for, this show no change although the demand is fairly good. There is very little prime quality chaff in the market and prices are (inn at late rates.
