Imitations sprang up without number. The latest of them—all styled " Extracts ' —was an oil foisted upon the trusting and unwary under the grossest misuse of Sander and bons' reputation. Sander and Sons in* stituted an action at the Supreme Court of Victoria, before his Honor Chief Justice Sir J. Madden, K.C.M.G., etc., and at the trial a sworn witness testified that he had to stop the use of counterfeits, on account of the irritatirn produced. This shows what care ia required to ob. tain an article that is scientifically tested and approved of. As such is solely endorsed and recommended.
