Stamp Duties.

Agreement or Memorandum of Agreement other than lease or deed, Is. Annual License is to be taken out by any Chartered, Incorporated, or Joint Stock Company carrying on business in New Zealand, Is per caut. on nominal capital—duty not over £2OO for one Company.
