RULES AND REGULATIONS. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of stakes for expenses. The meeting will be held under the rules of the Duuedin Jockey Club. Horses walking over will receive 50 per cent, of the stakes. Any person entering a protest must deposit £2 and should such bo doomed frivolous by the Stewards, the amount shall be forfeited.
