ORDER PAPER. TENTH MEETING—STATUTORY AND ORDINARY. Wednesday, 22nd May, 1895. One O’clock p.m. STATUTORY BUSINESS. Considering and ordering on the balance' sheet for the year ended 3lst March, 1895’ as provided by section 184 of “ The Counties Act, 1886.” Two O’clock p.m. ORDINARY BUSINESS. Cr Naylor to move—That a sum not exceeding £3O be expended in forming and gravelling Corjnet-street, Clyde, between the County Buildings and the Clyde Domain. Cr Sheppard to move—That a road be made from Messrs Duggan, Wallington, and others’ to the township at Matakauui, at a cost not exceeding £4O. Cr Stronach to move—That this Council take the necessary steps, under “The Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886,” to raise a loan of £2OOO, such sum to be applied as follows :—Macandrew bridge, £6OO ; Alexandra bridge, £7OO ; O’Connell bridge, £600; expenses of raising loan, £IOO. Cr Naylor to move—That the prayer of the petitioners rc track to Butcher’s Point be granted. Apportioning the gross estimated income for 1895-96, in accordance with section 145 of “ The Counties Act, 1886.”
