Jennings, Executive Commissioner of the Sydney Exhibition, has been created a Knight Commander, and that Mr John Davies, M.L.A., a Erominent member of the Sydney Commission, as been created a Companion of the Order of St. Michael and St. George. Mr Parnell's private secretary has been arrested under warrant, charged with conspiracy. Paris, October 27.
