Friday, October 29. (Before Major KeddeU, R.M.) Star of the East Quartz Mining Co. v. Robert Kidd—Claim for L 37 10s, calls due. Defendant did not appear.—His Worship gave judgment for amount claimed with costs. Star of the East Quartz Mining Co. v, George Jenour—Claim for L 6 ss. Defendant pleaded not indebted as the company was already in his debt. Judgment for amount claimed with costs. Defendant intimated bis intention to bring a cross action.
