Owing to the- railway restrictions only local buyers were present. Satisfactory prices were realised, as follows: Sheep—Hogget®, to 2os 3dt; ewes, to 20a 9d. Cattle.—Steers, £(i to £7 10s; heifers, £7 - f good dairy cows, to £2O. Horses. —Mares, to £33; filly, £33; colt, to £25 10s. i Pig's.—Fat-, to £6 2s Gd. ! Implements and sundries 'brought good ruling prices.
