DISSENSIONS AND TROUBLES. A London message to Vancouver states that the Copenhagen correspondent of the 'Daily News' reports that the Ford pence conference has practically finished it> work to-<lay l>v the isvie of a solemn appeal ut the belligerent Powers. A number ol members —from Seandinavia in particular—it is officially admitted. were opposed to issuing the appeal. Only the American delegates supported it. The conference some time ago tried to induce Ford and Bryan to come over and settle the matter. Roth refused. The result is that many members have deserted the conference, and this will probably mean its speedy dissolution. ,
