THE PERFECT FIGURE.

A woman perfect in physique and health has been discovered at Cornell University among the 400 cirl students there. She is Miss Elsie Scheel, of Brooklyn, and is Dr Esther Parker, the medical examiner, her proportions are the nearest approach to those of tho. Venus do Milo among the students. Miss Scheel, who is described as an athlete, is a cold-water and out-of-doors enthusiast, and discards sweetmeats, cakes, tea and coffee. She does not Nike breakfast and subsists on two meals a day. Her favorite dish is beefsteak. She weighs 12st 31b, is sft 7jn in lwrght, and has a 84in chest, a SOin waist and is 40in round the hips. Miss Scheel, who is a Suffragette, is studying agriculture.
