PECULIAR MOTOR FATALITY.

MELBOURNE. Fob. 3. A peculiar motor car fatality occurred at Aspendale yesterday. Mrs Donald, wife of I)r Donald, of Warracknabeal (217 miles north-west of Melbonrne), a nurse named Ryan, Miss Oulshaw, and Roy Parkinson were walking in company along a- road when the motor car dashed into thorn from behind. Parkinson was knocked down and rendered! unconscious, and Mrs Donald was dragged along for 30 yards. She sustained internal injuries and expired shortly afterwards. The others were not injured. The car continued on its way and struck a tree, the occupants, two men and a woman, being thrown out on to the roadway. Another car arrived and convened these four to a private hospital in Melbourne. It is believed that thoy are not seriously injured. Their names have not been discovered.
