OWAKA SALE. The Otago Farmers' Co-operative Association of New Zealand, Limited, report yarding 180 head of cattle and four horses. Buyers were well represented, and bidding was fairly brisk, but not with the same keenness as at the previous sale a fortnight ago. Nearly the whole of the yarding was sold at auction or privately afterwards, and the following prices were obtained: Fat cows and heifers, £4 10s to £6 12s 6il; yearling steers and heifers, £2 4s to £3 10s; two-year-old heifers, £4 15b to £5; dry cows, £5 3s to £5 12s 6d; dairy cows, £5 15s to £7 12s 6d; bulls, £4 to £6 10s; hacks and harness horses, £8 to £l3. CLEARING SALE.

S. Henry reports having held a clearing sale of timber at Mr A. E. Bragg 'a last Saturday morning. Bidding was brisk'and each and every lot were sold under the hammer at satisfactory prices. At two in the afternoon hi's household furniture and effects were offered, when a very successful sale eventuated. Bidding was very brisk and competition keen, and both sales were most successful, the furniture especially bringing very satisfactory prices. GRAIN AND PRODUCE REPORT. Monday, November 25, 1912. Donald Reid and Company, Limited, report:— Oats.—Prime milling, 2s 3d to 2s 3id; good to best feed, 2s to 2s 2d; medium and inferior, Is 6d to Is lid per bushel (sacks extra). Wheat.—Prime milling, 3s 9d to 3s lid; medium to good, 3s 6d to 3s 8d; best whole fowl wheat, 3s 4d to 3s sd; medium, 3s to 3s 3d; broken and dam■aged, 2s 3d to 2s lOd per bushel (sacks extra). Potatoes.—Freshly picked, £l2 10s to £l3; medium to good, £lO to £ll 10s; others, £6 to £9 10s; seed, £4 to £5 per ton (bags included).
